ma 2 coils made from 0.4 mm wire and around 1000 windings with nails 4 the center.
i bought them like this so i just made the center from nails.
no bifilair just 2 single coils 1 for Run and 1 for Trigger.
cant w8 2 see how the rotor will spin.


just a small update...got all my components 4 the Daftman Bat-Swap...i did have 2 order everything twice becoz of Farnell rules.
only if u have a business u can buy from Farnell under €50,00...but its cool...now i can make 2 if i damage 1.
the Relay & LED indicator r in backorder...next week i hope 2 get those 2.
cant w8 2 see ma Bedini running and self charging...that would b cool...:D

oke...i think i made MONSTER out of the Daftman Bat-Swap Diagram...its Frankinstein...haha...sorry bout that m8...i did my best.
i didnt have the right colors of wire...well is all good. :)
the Potentiometer is different but its a 47K Preset 1 so i think it will do.


the IC 1 7805 1A Positive Voltage Regulator is different aswell but it is a 7805 voltage regulator...so i hope this 1 works.


only 2 things ima missing here is the Relay and the R2 resistor(i missed that 1)
but ima gonna buy the R2 - 4.7k 0.25 5% watt resistor 2morrow...i hope 2 get the Relais from Farnell this week tho.
in the meantime ima gonna rewind ma bifiliar coil...the first 2 single coil above did not work...don know why but its a learning process.
and my first Bifiliar coil isnt working also...hmmmm...trail and error till i get it done correctly...at least i didnt fry the Circuit...:))
ather watching ur Vid about making a coil a few times i realize where ma fault is...ima winding the wrong way...i will keep that in mind for the next time.
but i do know that the Bedini Diagram is oke...and it worked with the old coil i had...so thats a good thing.
looking at me Bat-Swap Circuit below the movie War of the Worlds with Tom Cruise comes 2 mind.
but with a twitch...War of the Components...haha

making the coil from MDF wood with a PvC core is easy...going smooth.

this time i will make the core from welding rods(not the coated ones but the ones 4 Acetylene Welding) and not from nails to see whats the different is.
i just glue them with Epoxy-componenet...when they r dry i will start the windings...:)
so far so good...


well here is my Bifiliar coil BUT it does not work somehow...its about 300 turns becoz me wire ran out but it must have work atleast abit??.
i did wind it exactly like the Daftman show in his vid but still no luck...hmmmm...back 2 the drawing board.


doenst look like 300 winding on there dont it?!...but it is...maybe its just ma windings skill that r crap...:/
or i need 2 wind it till its full??


another Bifiliar failure...man this winding stuff is madness...time 2 find some1 2 make them 4 me...or buy Wire Coils already made...:))
